SHIPPING POLICY FOR STUDIO EKHAYA

Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process to ensure your order reaches you promptly and seamlessly.


PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, we’ll process it within 1 – 3 business days.

If there are any unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you right away.


SHIPPING TIMES

Aside from our own Studio Ekhaya collection, we also collaborate with premium European brands to be able to offer you a handpicked selection of home décor. Delivery times may vary depending on the brand, but most orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 3 – 7 business days after processing.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over EUR 150,00.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

DELAYED ORDERS: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at support@ekhaya.nl.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Should an item arrive damaged, please email us with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
