Return Eligibility

Limited Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Incorrectly shipped items (wrong size, color, or model)
Full Returns
Some of the brands we work with allow full returns, including in cases where a customer changes their mind about their purchase. For these returns, the customer has 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.

Return Shipment and Costs:
We as Studio Ekhaya are responsible for coordinating the return and covering the associated shipping costs. The return instructions you receive will guide you through the process.
Refund Issuance:
Once our supplier confirms the return has been received, we will initiate a refund to you. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

De naam Ekhaya betekent “thuis” — een plek waar warmte, persoonlijkheid & comfort samenkomen. Vanuit deze gedachte selecteren & ontwerpen wij woonaccessoires die niet alleen mooi zijn, maar ook bijdragen aan een fijne & inspirerende leefomgeving.

FOUNDER

Hoi, ik ben Suhainy

Ik ben een interieurliefhebber met een passie voor het ontdekken van de transformerende kracht van kleur.

Mijn reis begon tijdens mijn studietijd, toen ik mijn eerste appartement inrichtte, ver weg van mijn familie en het Caribische thuis waar ik ben opgegroeid. Door heimwee zocht ik houvast in kleur en vulde ik mijn ruimte met levendige tinten die mij deden denken aan mijn roots en mijn stemming een boost gaven.

Toen ontdekte ik hoe diep kleuren onze emoties en energie kunnen beïnvloeden. Heldere, krachtige tinten werden voor mij een manier om vreugde en verbinding te creëren in mijn leefomgeving.

Deze ervaring vormde het begin van mijn missie: anderen helpen om een thuis te creëren dat hetzelfde doet: een plek die niet alleen mooi oogt, maar ook energie geeft, persoonlijk aanvoelt en echt tot leven komt.
